Review by hotel critic
During my recent stay at Historia-Special Category, I was pleasantly surprised by the dining experience at the Garden Restaurant. The fresh breakfast buffet served amidst the serene garden setting was a delightful way to start the day. The array of fruits, vegetables, and freshly baked bread was not only visually appealing but also a testament to the culinary innovation of the hotel.I opted for the special buffet which showcased a variety of fresh fruit and vegetables, Turkish meats, and cheeses. Each dish was meticulously prepared, offering a true taste of Turkey's rich gastronomic heritage. The ambiance of the restaurant, overlooking the lush garden, added an extra charm to the dining experience. The proximity of the hotel to numerous dining options like Siva Cafe Restaurant, Akbiyik fish & meat house, and Turgut Kebab made exploring the local culinary scene a breeze. The availability of 24-hour room service further enhanced the dining convenience during my stay.In conclusion, Historia-Special Category's Garden Restaurant not only catered to my taste buds but also provided a culinary journey through Turkey's flavors in a serene and picturesque setting. I highly recommend indulging in the gastronomic delights offered by the hotel for a truly memorable experience.
